As I’ve got older, it’s become very apparent that self-acceptance goes a long way to truly feeling great about myself .

As an underwear fan – choosing the right pair can really help to shape the day and propel me to be my best self in any given situation.

The age-old question of “boxers or Briefs” simply doesn’t cut it anymore! On some days either option would work, but for others, why be limited to this binary? Especially when there are jocks, g-strings, thongs and a whole host of other cuts that may help you feel the bestest version of yourself.

A traditional medium cut brief, the striped design and pink, yellow & baby blue colour story contrasting with the dark stripes gives a nice aesthetic and enhances the goods nicely! The fabric is Supa-stretch and holds firmly and supportively throughout the day.

This is a full brief with a good coverage over the bum although if this is a sizeable asset of yours, you may find the cut a little small!

Available in black, pink and this vibrant Neon Yellow, this sporty cut gives you coverage at the front and back, with just the waistband connecting the two!

This is a sexy cut in my opinion and is great for those of us who have developed thigh muscles. It streamlines the waist and allows maximum movement and comfort. The stretch in the fabric provides a natural hang – so a good choice for sports or those skinny chinos I know y’all are wearing!

A jock is my go to workout wear, and the Pegasus by 2eros is a new fave of mine. super supportive but also looks great (if I do say so myself!).

The front gives and impression of a briefs, but as it separates into the straps, they are thick elastic and really good quality – it’s definitely not just aesthetics in this design.

More of a classic cut, the ES collection Sportive brief gives vintage vibes in a modern colour story. In terms of aesthetics, this pair is particularly enhancing and creates a great silhouette 😉

If you prefer a fuller coverage brief then this is the pair for you. The colour story and cut combined also helps to elongate the overall look. A sexy pair no doubt without having to show off too much skin.

Well this tiny cut is right up my street. From the front you could be forgiven for assuming this is a thong! A basic design which helps to lift from underneath, they feel almost as though you aren’t wearing anything at all.

I feel great in these micro briefs and I love how they look – showing off the quads nicely.

Ultimately – whatever cut you choose – choose one that makes you feel the very best. In my humble opinion, variety is the spice of life! So I will never really be able to answer “boxers of briefs?” There’s just too many options available out there.
