This little book has been a bit of a godsend! I have been trying to break up the amount of time that I spend on social media with other more “brain expanding” pursuits, and this has been one of my tactics! A handy notebook sized selection of crosswords to keep that mind ticking over and focussed!! As someone who struggles to hold focus, this has really helped me to align my thoughts on a given task, and help avoid the. Dreaded blue light before bed!

Muscle Gym String Vest

This golden yellow “stringer” has been a part of my gym wear collection since I got up the confidence to not be covered up at all times! As someone who has not historically been fitness focussed, I found that wearing a vest meant I could see the muscles working, and ensure that I was working out the desired muscle group. An Amazon purchase it won’t break the bank, and of all my gym vests, the is the one that I like the most! A derivative of the golds gym style stringer, it was the colour that really drew me to this one.

Carmex Watermelon lip Balm

Many will be familiar with carmex. It comes in this unmistakeable bold yellow packaging and has their unique menthol formulation that is medicated to help soothe and ease dry and chapped lips. But as the range has expanded, we have seen a Cherry, strawberry and now Watermelon version and I have to say that this is my favourite! Still a bit of the Carmex zing following application, and the same great formula, just with this fresh watermelon fruity flavour added into the mix. Yum.

M & S Signature scents Grapefruit and Ginger

Talking of delicious, this fragrance is just awesome. I utilise mine in one of those electric diffusers, and the room is filled with this spicy ginger scent with a tarte and citrusy grapefruit aroma. M&S do an amazing range of these which are all delightful but this yellow labelled version is my absolute fave.

The richness of the ginger is great for Autumn and Winter, whilst the fresh grapefruit is your Spring/ Summer saviour – you’re on to a winner with a home fragrance that isn’t just any fragrance…. It’s an M&S fragrance.

Modus Vivendi Neon Tanga Briefs

Haut underwear really hit it out of the park with their curated collection of underwear, and these Modus Vivendi Tanga briefs are no exception. The neon yellow really gives a pop to the overall style and the striped waist band helps to create a narrowing across the mid-section.

The ribbed fabric gives ample stretch over the front and the rear gives a decent coverage and cuts nicely under the cheeks. The tanga cut its self is very slimming and creates a sexy aesthetic.

Dense Tool and Salt Spray

Dense is a hair growth tool kit that encourages the hair to grow back thicker and fuller. I did a trial of the range and I noticed a huge difference whilst using the medicated spray alongside some of their other products for styling and hair development. This spiky little roller encourages blood flow to the scalp and the salt spray is a good blend that styles as well as works t Howard’s the goal of fuller locks! Definitely worth checking out if hair growth is a concern of yours.

Hotel Collection Honey and Nectarine candle

I purchased this candle from my local Aldi and the fragrance pay off is really good! The nectarine is super fresh and fruity, whilst the honey blends in some sweetness to the mix. The bright yellow jar is a focal point in any room and let’s face it, it just smells good, and isn’t that really all you want from a scented candle?!

Measuring tape.

This measuring tape has been part of the change in how I view my body. In previous incarnations of my fitness life, my only measurement of success was the number on the scales. And over the years I began to resent those numbers to the point where I would no longer weigh myself for fear of losing faith.

With this tape measure came the realisation that health is more than just a number on the scales, and that measurements actually go a long way to understanding my body. Since I started training properly in 2018 until today, this is the tape measure that I use. It reminds me that I am more than just a number on a digital screen!

We all need a bit of brightness in our lives so why not consider some of the items on my “Yellow sorta fellow” list.
