ThatIsBeyond…Think pink!

Recently a few items have made their way to me in different hues of pink. And so I thought I’d put a spotlight on a colour, that used to be seen (by some) as the antithesis of masculinity – and if anyone thinks any colour has any bearing on the person wearing it, they probably have bigger things to deal with.

I rate pink, for a number of reasons. For one thing it goes great against any skin tone, and for another, there are so many shades and tones to play with, that you can really make a statement of choose to be a bit more demure! As a general rule we all need a bit more colour in our lives during these dreary Winter days – and I’m here to say, why not THINK PINK?!

Me Undies – Pink Ombré Ultra Modal boxer Brief

If you haven’t heard of Me Undies, then where have you been? They are literally the softest and most comfortable fabric you will ever find in your underwear drawer! The ombré design is so playful and features a vibrant pink which ebbs into a sun-kissed lighter version in a striped effect.

The overall silhouette is form fitting, but there is stretch and movement to them as well. The pouch is built in to the design and allows the goods to hang forwards. These are my go-to comfortable boxer briefs when comfort is my main concern.

Unbranded Pink Briefs

This vibrant pink briefs have ribbed fabric which offers a lot of stretch. they are designed with the thick elastic waistband to flow over the hips and give a curved aesthetic to the waist band. The Hot Pink with some contrasting turquoise lettering is a great colour combo!

Full coverage over the glutes makes comfort and style work together in great harmony.

What’s more, I feel great wearing them and they were not expensive either!

Baby Pink Runners Vest

This baby pink vest from Temu, is a fun piece. The cut of vests can differ enormously, and comfort is often the key factor. This vest has a generous arm hole, in a more traditional style, without the sides being exposed, however there is also the vest style straps, which is very different to that style of vest which is essentially a T- shirt with the arms cut off!

This baby pink contrasts nicely with the generic black logo on the front and I have found that there is plenty of room in the cut for my growing pecs!

Zara dress shirt with muscle fit

Finding a dress shirt that fits my body contour and shows off my hard work is a tricky ask! Often I find them to gape along the button line, especially when I’m being active.  I inherited this awesome Zara shirt from my brother in law, and it does the trick! There is enough stretch in the fabric to move with  guys hectic lifestyle, and enough structure to eccentuate a slimline aesthetic.

The shade of pink is a medium to light one and looks awesome against a blue suit.

Blanc Kiss Briefs

Ahead of valentines day, I had to mention these fun blanc briefs with a white background and kiss design in a deep pink to red.

The design placement is fun and traverses the whole brief. As with all Blanc briefs, you can expect a bulgey front and a design that will make the most of your assets! The fabric is silky to the touch, and the look and feel great!
