With the David Gandy for Autograph Swimwear release just around the corner, there is a little treat I thought you guys might want to see!
As well as that, here are my top reasons for getting your hands on some of this sought after swimwear…
1) The Cut
The swim shorts have a new exclusive slim fit shape, with a lower rise and shorter short. This is the kind of fit that will suit everyone, and ensure that even the Average Joe will be looking their very best on the beach!
2) The Selection
The collection comprises eight swim shorts in navy, light blue, cobalt blue, marine, orange, red, black and hounds-tooth, priced at £25 which are sold with a drawstring water resistant bag.
The larger variety of colours means there is something for everyone, I for one am looking forward to the orange ones! And getting my “bright” on this summer!
3) The Details
David has included his love of tailoring in the details. Side adjusters, contrasting buttons and a discreet hounds-tooth print on the inside of the button fly are amongst them. So this swimwear is a perfect take on vintage swimwear with modern fabric. The swim shorts are made with innovative Quick Dry technology to speed drying time and make them super convenient.
4) The Sizing
Hooray for Marks and Spencer!
This is the first time M&S has launched a swimwear range by waist size offering sizes from 28” to 40’’ for a more accurate fit, usually only found on tailoring.
What this means to anyone like me, is that we can get a good fit, from the high street. Ill-fitting swimwear will be a thing of the past!
5) The Designer
THE face of British menswear David has brought his unique sense of style to all of his designs. His menswear speaks to guys as a whole, and the cut of his pieces make the most of the masculine form (however much of it there is!). For Gandy Fans, the great news is that he will feature on all promo materials, but let’s not move too far from the point, his collection is a must have for the summer, and I only wish I could get my hands on one of each colour!
Who will be joining me in queue?
I cannot wait!
