Well it’s the first post of 2026 and it is inspired by one of my most popular IG posts in one of my Obviously Apparel pairs of briefs. So the spotlight is on Obviously Apparel and what makes them one of the top ranges of underwear on the market today.

The obviously aesthetic is probably quite clear from the name – their ranges are designed to make the most of the male physique, and ultimately allow some movement and natural hang for the boys! 

Their ranges all have a slightly different cut which brings with them a different aesthetic. Some are more bulge focussed and others less so, so there really is something for everyone. But most of all this means that men’s confidence is at the heart of their design. Whether you are looking for a more pronounced package or something that is ultimately going to give a tighter more supportive hold.

The brand have every type of underwear that you see online from briefs to jocks, boxers to thongs and of course some long johns for the winter.  This is a quality brand that makes basics well and offers an extensive colour collection to suit every taste. 

I have only sampled the briefs and the 3” boxer briefs, from a now discontinued range, but I am a massive advocate for this brand. Firstly I am very much a briefs guy, preferring the smaller cut and zero risk of any riding up – but Obviously changed that for me! 

The Boxer briefs are a perfect fit, even around more muscular thighs there is no riding up, just comfort from the beginning of day to the end. I have really put them through their paces and I have constistently found them one of the most comfortable underwear I have in my 120+ pair collection!

I feel super confident in them – yes they look good, but there is also an inner confidence that comes from wearing underwear that makes you feel sexy about yourself. And that just can’t be replicated!
