My collection of Green items is no exception! Some of my favourite products relating to grounded ness and prioritising feeling my very very best.

Origins Mega-Mushroom Relief and Resilience soothing treatment lotion

Super simple to use this product is a Defense Against Environmental Stressors, Instant Hydration and Rapid Soothing. I have skin slate ups when I have had too little sleep and also when the weather is changeable and leaves my skin dried out and tired.

This lotion is soothing for any irritation and helps to give the skin consistency and a light lustre.

Wear Raphael WR20 Jockstrap

Wear Raphael was a new brand to me in 2023 and I knew I had to test drive them for myself. This Jockstrap gives a lot of support but also creates shape and structure around the bulge – which looks great! (If I do day so myself).

This Jock marries the best of both worlds, between aesthetics and practicality. Hardy enough for a heavy leg day and some cardio but also feels great to wear. I can’t recommend enough and will be looking to add more “Wear Raphael” to my collection. This green is vibrant and I love the athletic white piping in contrast to it.

Me+ Hyaluronic Booster – from Superdrug

Occasionally I find a cream formula of moisturiser too greasy on the skin, this gel formula booster gets right into the pores and gets soaked up, hydrating and improving the condition of the skin. I use this a couple of times a week to ensure my face is looking at its best and then build my skin care on top of this. It wasn’t expensive and I have noticed a real improvement in my overall skin condition.

When it comes to JKR I focus only on the work and not on the person. The Harry Potter series of books changed my life and I am a huge fan of them. fantastic Beasts and where to find them is no different. My Son and I love learning about the magical creatures that inhabit the world of Harry Potter and share this experience together. What more can you ask for from a book?! From Grindylows to dragons there is a whole world to explore!

An impulse buy which I picked up to complete an order – this little carry size atomiser means you can always have a few sprays of your favourite product to hand. Simply remove the top from you sprayable fragrance and the place the atomiser on the end. Pump it on top and you will see the atomiser filling up, ready to be used. It’s as simple as that. I carry one wherever I go which means I can always feel my best sexy self!

Bath and Bodyworks Stress Relief hand Cream

This spearmint based hand cream is not only formulated to take care of the tough skin on your hands and leave them nourished and plump, but the fragrance is the perfect combo for de stressing. The mint is calming and fragrant and great for the man about the town. 8 picked this up when I was last in the US and I have never looked back!

Gua Sha stone facial massager

Finally is another Temu buy which helps to encourage good blood flow to the skin in the face. This one is a plastic version of a traditional cold stone variety, but the job is done by moving the curved edged stone around the facial contours and gently massaging the surface I sometime do this with a serum on the surface to recreate the cool stone effect and the difference is normally noticeable a few minutes after. It’s also a calming and focussed activity which puts you at the centre of your routine – and we all need a bit of that!

And so with my green collection I realised that it’s ok to prioritise yourself sometimes and live life with a bit of luxury and some proper time to take care of yourself.
